Phosphorus Copper Anodes
Sunnball Ultra Nano-Grain Phosphorous Copper anodes shows outstanding performance and are widely used for highly demanding plating applications. It has perfect surface and the best grain structure with extremely uniform distribution of phosphorus. All this results in various Qualitative & cost advantages like lower consumption of copper anodes, minimum sludge formation, much lesser frequency of cleaning baths and higher productivity with almost no rejections due to copper anodes. Phosphorous copper anodes are used in acid copper plating baths.
Oxygen-Free Copper Anodes
Sunnball Oxygen-free copper anodes have a high Copper purity level (99.99% minimum) and Oxygen content of less than 10ppm. It has a clean surface specifically for electroplating purposes and are used for Alkaline Plating process in the cyanide and pyrophosphate bath. Because of it’s fine grain structure the plating layer is even and this results in lower optimal consumption of Copper anode. The sludge formation is minimum thus reducing the frequency of bath cleaning and savings costs
